By creating an account on HoneyBunny, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to use the service responsibly. You retain ownership of the personality and details of the companions you create. Generated content is for your own private, personal use. You agree never to attempt to generate content involving minors, any real or identifiable person, or any illegal material. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Credits, subscriptions and billing
Credits are spent on AI chat messages, voice calls (per minute), and AI-generated images and videos. You can buy prepaid credit packs as one-time purchases, or choose an optional monthly subscription that includes a credit allowance. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account or via CCBill Consumer Support at support.ccbill.com; cancellation stops future renewals. One-time packs never renew. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or withdrawn, and do not expire while your account is active. HoneyBunny has no advertising, affiliate program, tipping or payouts to users. Refunds follow our standard billing policy.

Subscription cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription from rebilling, cancel from the Billing page in your account, or contact CCBill's Consumer Support department at https://support.ccbill.com (email support@ccbill.com, phone 888.596.9279). Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. One-time credit packs never renew.
Acceptable use is binding
Our Acceptable Use Policy and Content Policy form part of these Terms. You must accept them before generating any content, and we will ask you to accept again whenever they materially change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Prohibited content
You may not request, generate, upload, publish or share content in any of the categories listed in our Content Policy — including sexual content involving minors, deepfakes or the likeness of real identifiable people, non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality, sexualized violence or snuff, bodily waste, sex under the influence, prostitution or trafficking, illegal activity, or hate speech. We filter for these categories automatically, review flagged activity manually, and act on it.
AI-generated content
All companions, images, videos and voices on HoneyBunny are synthetic and fictional, generated on request by AI models, and are labelled as AI-generated. No real person is depicted or intended to be depicted, and no content on the platform is a recording of a real individual.
Uploaded photos and no sharing between users
You may share a photo privately with your companion so she can look at it and talk about it. Uploaded photos are never edited, restyled, animated or used to generate any image or video. Before every upload you must confirm that everyone pictured is 18 or older, has consented to the photo being shared, and is not a celebrity or public figure. Each upload is checked automatically and is rejected if it appears to show a celebrity or public figure, anyone who may be under 18, nudity or sexual content of a real person, or blood or injury; repeated rejections pause uploads for the account. There is no feature for publishing or distributing content to other users. Every companion and every image, video and voice is generated by our AI systems privately for the account that requested it.
Downloads and personal use
You may save the images and videos you generate for your own private, personal use. You may not sell, redistribute or publicly post generated content in a way that presents it as a real person, removes its AI-generated nature, or breaches these Terms or our Content Policy.
Real-time monitoring and removal
Every chat message, voice transcript, companion description and image or video prompt is screened automatically before generation, and model output is checked again before it is shown. Blocked attempts are logged and reviewed by our moderation team. We may remove any content and restrict any account at any time, and flagged content involving minors or non-consensual depiction is removed immediately.
Third-party AI providers
Content is produced by contracted AI model providers that generate media on our instructions. No human performers or third-party human content creators supply content to HoneyBunny, and our providers are bound by their own content and usage terms in addition to ours.
Age and consent records
We record the date and time you confirmed you are 18 or older and the version of the Terms, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy you accepted, and we retain those records for as long as your account exists and afterwards as required by law.
Enforcement, suspension and termination
We may block a request, restrict generation, remove content, suspend or permanently terminate an account that breaches these Terms, with no refund of consumed credits. Content involving minors, trafficking or credible threats is preserved and reported to the competent authorities.
Human trafficking
HoneyBunny does not condone human sex trafficking in any form. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities.
