Our position

HoneyBunny respects intellectual property. Users may not generate or publish content that infringes a copyright, trademark, or a person's right of publicity, including recognizable copyrighted characters and branded material.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a notice to dmca@honeybunnyai.com. To be actionable it must include all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or likeness you claim is infringed.
• The URL or in-app location of the material you want removed.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens next

We acknowledge complete notices within 2 business days and remove or disable access to validated material within 7 days. Private content is removed from the owner's library; published characters are delisted.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to dmca@honeybunnyai.com with an explanation and your contact details. We review counter-notices within 7 days.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly generate or publish infringing material are terminated.
